9. Pilot Chrome 拡張機能

Our Pilot Chrome extension provides job description analysis and application autofill features directly on job board websites. When using Pilot:

• Pilot reads job description text from the current page solely for the purpose of analyzing job-resume match scores. This text is sent to our servers for AI analysis and is not stored permanently.
• Your profile information (name, email, phone, etc.) stored in your TailorMyJob account is used to autofill job application forms only when you explicitly click the "Autofill" button.
• Pilot stores your authentication tokens locally in Chrome storage to keep you signed in. No passwords are stored.
• Daily usage counts are tracked locally on your device to enforce free tier limits. This data never leaves your browser.
• Pilot does not collect browsing history, track your activity across websites, or inject ads.
• Pilot only activates on supported job board websites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Taleo, BambooHR).

When you choose to sign in with Google, our application accesses limited information from your Google account through Google OAuth (via AWS Cognito). This section specifically addresses how we handle Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Accessed

When you authenticate with Google, we request the following scopes and receive the corresponding data:

• Email address (email scope) — your primary Google email address
• Name (profile scope) — your first name and last name from your Google profile
• Profile picture (profile scope) — your Google profile photo URL
• OpenID identifier (openid scope) — a unique identifier used to link your Google account to your TailorMyJob account

How We Use Google User Data

We use the Google user data we receive solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and create or sign in to your TailorMyJob account
• To display your name and profile picture within the application for personalization
• To communicate with you about your account via your email address

Sharing of Google User Data

Your Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent use. Google user data may only be accessed by:

• AWS Cognito (our identity provider) — processes your Google OAuth sign-in securely
• AWS infrastructure services — stores your account information in encrypted databases

Storage and Protection of Google User Data

Google user data is stored securely using the following measures:

• Account data (name, email, profile picture URL) is stored in AWS Cognito user pools and DynamoDB with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device (browser localStorage or Chrome extension storage) and are never stored on our servers
• Access to user data is restricted through IAM roles with least-privilege permissions

Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

We retain Google user data only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Deleting your account through your account settings
• Emailing us at contact@tailormyjob.com to request complete data deletion
• Revoking TailorMyJob's access in your Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)
