1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TailorMyJob services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of Our Service

TailorMyJob provides AI-powered resume optimization and job description analysis services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of TailorMyJob, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

TailorMyJob offers both free and paid services. Paid services are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all paid services. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@tailormyjob.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are not available for services that have been fully utilized or after the 14-day period has expired.

This refund policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The TailorMyJob service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TailorMyJob and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By submitting content to our service (such as resumes or job descriptions), you grant TailorMyJob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TailorMyJob for any illegal activities, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to distribute spam or malicious content, to harass others, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute our services without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. TailorMyJob may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TailorMyJob services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TailorMyJob, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailorMyJob from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taiwan.

13. Changes to Terms

TailorMyJob reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
